General Terms and Acceptance

1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the www.fresh2door.pk website, social media pages, and placing an order through any of our channels (Website, Social Media, Meta Ads), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”) and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or place an order.

2. Service Description: www.fresh2door.pk provides an online platform for ordering and door-to-door delivery of fresh produce (fruits, vegetables), meat, dry fruits, and organic food products (including, but not limited to, Desi Ghee, Pickles, Honey, Seeds, Shilajit).

3. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Ordering, Pricing, and Availability

1. Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website or social media are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Weights for fresh produce and meat may be approximate.

2. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

3. Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value/quality if the ordered item is unavailable, or to cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Order Confirmation: An order confirmation, whether electronic or otherwise, does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order.

1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website and social media pages. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our services.

2. Security: You agree that we are not liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card or other payment methods by a third party in connection with your use of the services.

🚚 Delivery and Risk

1. Delivery Service: We utilize an in-house delivery team for doorstep delivery. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery outside of our reasonable control.

2. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

3. Receiving the Order: You or a designated representative must be present at the provided address to receive the delivery during the agreed-upon window. If a delivery attempt fails, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery or to cancel the order.

4. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier or upon arrival at the designated delivery address.

Perishable Goods: You acknowledge that many of our products (produce, meat) are perishable. We are not responsible for the spoilage of products that occurs after the time of delivery due to improper handling, storage, or delays in retrieval by you

💸 Returns, Refunds, and Quality Guarantee

1. Quality Check Upon Delivery: You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. If you find a quality issue with any fresh or perishable item, you must notify us immediately (e.g., within 2 hours of delivery) with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).

2. Refunds: We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the sole right to decide whether to provide a replacement, a credit, or a refund for the affected item. Items must be returned or available for pickup in their original condition.

3. Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items, returns are generally accepted within [2] days, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

4. Final Sale: Meat, fresh produce, and personalized orders are generally final sale and non-refundable unless a clear quality issue is reported immediately upon delivery.

1. No Warranties: The services and all products delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.fresh2door.pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, resulting from any violation of these ToS or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.

3. Absolute Disclaimer: www.fresh2door.pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service or products procured using the service, or for any claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: You are solely responsible for checking the ingredients and allergen information for all products before consumption. www.fresh2door.pk assumes no liability for allergic reactions or health consequences resulting from the consumption of our products.
